The Shop is currently open to Ford and Lincoln dealers and their group stores. Currently well over half of Ford and Lincoln dealers are part of a multi-franchise group and through The Shop, we offer solutions that can power the groups with a Ford and Lincoln store.
The Shop is owned by FordDirect, a joint venture between Ford and Lincoln Dealers and Ford Motor Company. Built as a new way to support the dealers, The Shop is strategically aligned to , offer competitive pricing and peace of mind to dealers by curating a selection of solutions that support dealership sales, service, compliance, cybersecurity, and overall operations. Dealers can trust that every vendor in The Shop has been vetted to deliver measurable value and ROI.

By using The Shop, dealers gain access to a group of outstanding pre-vetted partners, streamlined procurement, and added support.
Yes, Ford and Lincoln dealers log in with their CDSID to access The Shop and explore vendor solutions. Non-FMC dealerships that are in a group that has a Ford or Lincoln Dealer will need to register separately to gain access, ensuring secure entry and personalized recommendations.
Simply browse products and vendor services, add them to your cart, and follow the guided checkout process. There are currently two payment options (parts statement billing or credit cards) and will be more options in the future.
